We are The Process

Meet Our Core Team

We are formulators, thinkers, builders, and listeners — shaping skincare the same way we approach life:
with patience, intention, and respect for time.

Meet Isabelle

CEO of The Process Beauty Solutions and Author of “You Are The Process”.

As a Certified Organic Skincare Formulator — and eczema, acne, and PIH survivor, I shape the formulation and design strategy of our solutions to ensure each of our products aligns with our vision:

Establish sustainable beauty as the most effective and abundant form of beauty.

Because I’ve wasted money, time, and self-esteem on overcomplicated routines that didn’t work, I want you to have a ritual that feels good — for your skin, your mind, and the planet.
Together, we will turn skin concerns into minimalist yet holistic habits that are not only more comforting but also more effective.

For those of you who feel lost, overwhelmed, or short on time, I wrote “You Are The Process”, a set of 12 hard-won rules born from a 20-year journey of healing inside and out.

Meet Tahiry

Executive and Marketing Manager

Specialised in Market Research and Analysis, my role is to dive deep into the habits and culture that shape you, to fully understand your needs, expectations, and aspirations.

From these insights, I continuously refine our processes so we can deliver solutions that truly fit your skin, your emotions, and your lifestyle.

My skincare journey began when my skin broke out—without warning and without explanation. I did what many of us do: researched endlessly, bought too many products, and trusted overly complicated routines. After “paying my tuition,” I realized that I needed to slow down and understand what was happening beneath the surface.

That’s when I embraced the Minim’Holistic philosophy. It helped me restore balance, and I hope it can do the same for you.

Meet Haingotiana

Innovation & Compliance Manager

I support the creation of thoughtful, science-backed beauty solutions while ensuring our products meet strict safety and regulatory standards.

With a foundation in chemistry, a passion for sustainability, and a genuine love for formulation, I work to blend creativity and careful research into products that are both effective and kind to the skin and the planet. As a certified skincare formulator and beauty product development manager, I enjoy turning meaningful ideas into responsible, high-performance formulas.

My skincare journey is personal: I lived with eczema well into university, and when it finally cleared, a friend said my hands looked “renewed.” I still have sensitive skin, but learning to care for it became my passion.

Meet Candy

Digital Marketing, Communication & Sales Manager

I guide our brand communication and ensure that each message reflects our refillable and gift-oriented approach. My way of thinking is anchored in synergy: habits, the right products, personal connection, and the environment working together. I focus on educating our community to understand this synergy and to progress with intention.

My skincare journey began during the lockdown, when I unexpectedly developed inflammatory acne. A dermatologist guided me step by step and shared the fundamentals that still shape my understanding of skin. As I deepened that knowledge over time, I built my philosophy: supporting with kindness, precision, and moderation.

A brighter skin, a brighter life, a brighter world.
We envision a world where less is more in skincare – where people feel calm and confident in a simple routine, rather than chasing the latest trend. We’re working towards a future in which cutting back on excess is not a sacrifice but a source of comfort and satisfaction
