Your Care Circle

Welcome to Your Care Circle, where we make sure caring for your skin comes with a few extra rewards! This is our loyalty program designed to thank and delight our community. Think of it as a gentle hug for being a part of The Process family. It’s completely free to join and oh-so-easy to enjoy.

How to Join

If you have an account on our website, congrats – you’re already in the Circle! If not, simply create an account with your email and a password, and you’ll automatically start earning points. (You might even get a little bonus just for signing up 😉). Being in the Circle means we’ll keep track of your points and rewards for you; you can check your balance anytime in your account dashboard.

Earning Points (Care Points)

We’ve set up lots of ways for you to earn points – or as we affectionately call them, Care Points. Here’s how you can rack up the rewards:

  • Make a Purchase: For every R1 you spend on products, you earn 1 point. Yes, that includes subscriptions and refills too. (So a R500 purchase = 500 points).
  • Complete Your Profile: Fill out your account profile (things like your birthday, skin type, etc.) to earn an easy 100 points. We use this info to serve you better, and you get rewarded – win-win.
  • Birthday Treat: Enter your birthday in your profile and we’ll gift you 200 points on your special day each year. It’s our way of saying happy birthday and enjoy something on us!
  • Product Reviews: We value your feedback deeply. Write a review on our site for a product you’ve tried, and earn 50 points. (Limit: we count each product once – but feel free to review all the ones you have!)
  • Follow & Share: Connect with us on social media or share a post about The Process (using our official hashtags) and let us know – we occasionally credit points for social love too, as announced in campaigns.
  • Limited-Time Events: Sometimes we run seasonal promos, like “Double points on all orders this weekend”. Keep an eye on our newsletter for these fun opportunities!

(Note: Points might take a day or two to appear in your account after an activity, especially for purchases (they usually show up when your order ships). If something hasn’t been credited, just reach out and we’ll sort it out. Also, points have no cash value and are just for rewards )

Redeeming Points

Now for the fun part – using your points! You can redeem your Care Points for rewards when you shop. Here’s what you can get:

  • Discounts on Orders: The most popular option. For example, 500 points can be redeemed for a R50 voucher, 1000 points for R100 off, 2000 points for R200 off – the more points, the bigger the value. You’ll see the available redemption options at checkout or in your account. Choose what you want to apply, and it’ll deduct from your order total like a promo code.
  • Free Products: Sometimes we offer specific rewards like “1500 points for a free Grey Soap” or “2000 points for a free refill of your choice.” These will be listed in your rewards section when available. Pick the one you want, and it’ll generate a code or automatically add the freebie to your cart.
  • Exclusive Merch or Upgrades: We’re working on cute branded merch (think eco-friendly canvas pouches, headbands, etc.). As those become available, you might see rewards like “redeem 800 points for a The Process travel pouch.” Also, loyalty members get free gift wrap and note upgrades on any order – just check the option and it’ll be free for you (our system knows if you’re logged in as a member).

There’s no pressure to use points right away – you can save them up for a big reward, or enjoy little discounts frequently. Points are typically valid for at least a year from when earned; we’ll notify you if any are nearing expiration. When you redeem, it uses older points first.

Loyalty FAQs

Do points expire?

Generally not as long as the program is active. If we ever foresee a change, we’ll inform you well in advance. We want you to use and enjoy them, not stress about them expiring.

Can I combine points with other discounts?

Yes, you can use your points redemption along with a promo code or sale. However, some promos might not combine (our system will let you know). We try to be generous though.

What if I return an item?

If you return something, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted. If you redeemed points on an order that you return, we’ll reinstate the points to you. We ensure you’re not penalized unfairly – it’s as if the transaction didn’t happen.

Can I transfer points to someone?

Not at the moment. Points are tied to your account. But maybe in future we’ll allow gifting points. For now, you could always use your points to get a discount code and give that code to someone else to use – that’s a clever workaround if you’re feeling generous.

Terms & Community Spirit

By participating in Your Care Circle, you agree to the basic terms (no cheating, no creating fake accounts, etc.). If we ever have to adjust the program or end it, we’ll do so fairly and let you redeem outstanding points. But our intention is to keep this running and evolving with our amazing community. We built this program on trust and goodwill. It’s honestly our joy to give back to you all in this way.

We hope you enjoy being in the Circle. We designed it to be straightforward and rewarding – basically, you get more when you engage more with us, in whatever way that is. It’s our little way of high-fiving you for being an awesome part of The Process.
